Morning: 83 degrees when I left the house 88 degrees on my return. Hopefully, the last day of extremely hot weather this year! 9 miles along the lakefront to the Diversey Bridge and back.
9 miles @ 7:58/mile
Evening: Another 90+ degree run around Welles Park, finishing at Aldi to pick up some garlic bread. Oh well it was only 2.6 miles, and done for the week (aka, tomorrow is my day off!). Time for a beer. :-)
