Pictures of Runners and Bikers and a 10.5 Miler

Early Morning Run: 10.5 Miles (7:46/mile) along the lake.  Took some pictures (below). Final 5k: 22:03








Mid Morning Run: 3 Miles (7:30/mile) from the Subaru dealer. 
Early Evening Run: 3.5 Miles (7:05/mile) around Welles Park.

Total Miles for the day: 17
