Sunny Arctic Run
Despite the single digit temps and negative windchill, it was a beautiful day for a run in Chicago. This run got me pumped for the F^3 Half next month!
I only saw one person on the LFT during my run, so we both waved at each other in camaraderie.

I'm so glad you got to enjoy today's sunshine! There's something so amazing about running in the bitterly cold sunshine, isn't there? I so wanted to run outside today, but I had to work. It was just too cold and dark at 6:30 for me to consider it enjoyable.
