What a fun time to be down there! Thanks for sharing! It's nuts that people were lining up so early for the game! I can't imagine what it's going to be like tonight and the next two nights!

Yes, it was crazy that so many people were out there. I wonder if they'll charge people to sit in Wrigleyville bars tonight for the game in Cleveland?! I am not that close. I'm not sure how far out the perimeter extended around Wrigley on game day.
DeleteI can't believe bars are charging people to watch the game! I'm happy to enjoy from the comfort of my family room couch...does that make me old?

DeleteNice shots! I used to run to Wrigley pretty regularly (via Berteau to Clark) - it would be so fun to run by the World Series! My friend and I were down there at around 3 on Saturday and it was NUTS. I can't believe people were lining up at 7am! That's so crazy.
ReplyDeleteYes, it was definitely a must to run by Wrigley for at least one game! Yeah, I wonder if the fans were so quiet for the first two night games at Wrigley because they had been partying since 7:00 am?!
